 The highly targeted Generation Y demographic is the main focus of the Filene Research Institute's latest survey that is hoping to gain a better understanding of what influences the decisions these individuals make.  Credit union professionals 30 or younger are invited to participate in a very brief online survey put out by the Filene Research Institute to gauge ways to attract more potential youthful employees into the credit union movement.

With the server conversion came a new website structure. This structure was develop to allow Young Credit Union Professionals from across the country to join the YCUP movement. 

Now anyone interested has the ability to start a chapter in their area. Even better they will get all the same benefits we share. This includes their own independent website, blog, chapter bylaws, and more. The best about all of this, is how easy it is. To join all you have to do is find a couple members, locate a hosting sponsor, register with the site, and 24 hours later you're up and going. To easy? Good, because there is no reason something so great should be difficult.
